Con questa fai la frolla, la stendi e la bucherelli.(tieni da parte un pò)
In un pentolino fai la crema con 250 ml di latte, 2 tuorli, 50 gr di zucchero, 15 gr di amido di mais e 15 gr di amido di riso.La fai cuocere con una buccia di limone. La versi nella frolla gli sbricioli sopra la frolla che hai messo da parte e aggiungi i pinoli. Spero ti piaccia un saluto...</description>

Poi i tuorli vanno lavorati con lo zucchero semolato, il mascarpome e gli albumi montati a neve. Prova a sostituire i savoiardi con i pavesini e il caffè deve essere molto forte, magari puoi diluirlo con qualche cucchiaio di latte...La panna è facoltativa e va usata per coprire l&#039;ultimo strato!!! io invece non riesco a fare i brownies...non ho mai trovato la giusta ricetta!!! un saluto...</description>
